Jackie works as the insurance and billing coordinator and administrative team leader, where she assists patients with their dental benefit questions, provides them with clear treatment plans and transparent financial obligations, and supports and leads the team of fabulous administrative professionals. She enjoys the opportunity for continuous growth she receives as she is surrounded by an amazing, supportive team. She loves working in an environment that empowers individuals to be the best version of themselves while encouraging professional growth. She also enjoys helping patients to utilize their dental benefits for maximum benefits each year. Jackie has been an AADOM member for five years.
When not working, Jackie enjoys spending time with her soulmate Ken, as well as her two beautiful Aussies, Bella and Panda, and her granddaughter Briley. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and is active in her church as well as a children’s charitable organization. Jackie loves to laugh and have a good time and someday would love to take a Mediterranean cruise.
